Custom ale label design and hand drawn illustration created for Schnutetunker, a craft beer produced by Russelheimer Brau. The name comes from a German expression used to describe someone who enjoys a drink and even more so when they are free from work and responsibilities.

The concept was inspired by a traditional German parade where participants wear oversized character heads and march through the streets in celebration. One of these distinctive figures is known as the Schnutetunker, providing the inspiration for the label’s central character. Combining detailed character illustration, humour and bold packaging design, the final artwork created a memorable craft beer label with a strong sense of local culture and personality.
