Custom food packaging design and hand drawn illustration created for Rocky Tarts, a handcrafted pastry company based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The goal was to create a box design that reflected the region’s adventurous outdoor lifestyle and strong connection to the Rocky Mountains. The artwork combines snow covered peaks, forests, wildlife, skiers and snowboarders to capture the character of the local landscape while reinforcing the brand’s Colorado roots. Blending packaging design, product branding and detailed illustration, the final artwork transformed the box into a memorable visual experience that helped the product stand out while celebrating the spirit of mountain life.
